	Usually a rough sketch is provided either by you or by Hanna. Sometimes a verbal description will be enough.		In rare cases, Hanna can supply a full colour drawing.

The finished ring! You can also commission a pendant, a necklace, a brooch, an earring or maybe an as yet unknown phantasy piece!

1. Free Consultation

You will be amazed how your idea, even if it is still very vague, will take shape in a consultation.

Describe what you have in mind in as much, or little, detail as possible:

• What is it? (Ring, brooch, pendant, etc.)
• What material(s)? (Silver, gold, stones, etc.)
• Size? (approx. dimensions, with rings also ring size)
• Finish? (Highly polished, matte, etc.)
• You might want to send a drawing or picture.

Hanna will then discuss with you design details, supply a sketch where appropriate, and give you an idea of the cost.

2. Commission

• If you decide to go ahead with the commission, you will need to pay 50% of the total price.
• Hanna will then make the piece within the agreed time limit.
• Once it is finished, you will be notified and asked to pay the remainder of the total price.
• On receipt of your payment, your piece of jewellery will be sent to you by registered post.

3. Guarantee

• Return for repair or replacement, free of charge, any item that does not hold up under normal daily wear.
• If you don´t like what you get:
  Step 1 - Notify Silverweed within 14 days of receipt to discuss the problem.
  Step 2 - Hanna will do what she can to rework the piece to your satisfaction.
  Step 3 - Assuming no answer can be found, you will be refunded (less P&P), provided that the goods are returned by registered post in the condition they were received by you.
